Crave - Hendersonville

I normally don't write reviews but I feel they need to read these and make changes. We will not go back.The milkshake (Tutti Fruity) didn't have any fruit and was tasteless and no whipped cream only one size and cost $8.29. the bubble tea had minimal bubbles and charged $8.45 when sign posted stated $7.99. The ice coffee was okay again overcharged. They charge an 18% service fee and ask for more at checkout starting at 20% recommendation. I felt pressured to leave a tip. Most overpriced drinks not worth the cost.

I ordered a rolled ice cream. It tasted very good, and had good servings. Danny was very nice to us when we went. Everything went perfectly fine, therefore, I rate this a 5 star.

I absolutely understand all of the bad reviews and wish I had listened accordingly! I was visiting my grandchildren and my granddaughter wanted to go. Our order was $55, we weren 't given a receipt and we were charged more than what was listed. My granddaughter and I received a total of 3 gummy bears as toppings for our ice cream. When my grandson never received his ice cream, my daughter was told she didn 't order it. That wasn 't true but since she wasn 't given a receipt, she went ahead and paid another $10. Then one of my granddaughters never got her drink and again was told it was ordered! We did not go into an establishment with 3 children and not order the same for each child as well as ourselves and at $65 you would think everyone would be covered on some ice cream and drinks! I was as unimpressed with the ice cream and drinks as a person could be so between the service and the lack of flavor I will definitely not return again. If that wasn 't enough, another customer confronted the man working there about why her bill was so high. After several minutes explaining to him that what they have displayed and what they are charging was different, she sat down looking less than pleased. We left before finding out if she was more impressed after being served. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!!

This was a HUGE let down. The boba tea was very expensive. There was hardly any bobas at all in our tea, our drinks were room temperature, and it was basically paying $11 for room temperature mango juice times 2. Unfortunately, we will not be returning and advise others to not waste their money on this place. Big time boba failure!

Completely overpriced, average to low quality bubble tea. Plus the straws are too narrow to get the boba up without serious effort.I also find it extremely dishonest to add a service charge when you pay that isn’t reflected in the menu prices.There’s far better quality bubble tea places that are much much cheaper and more honest.
