Denny's - Hendersonville

This Denny has been a joke for the last 2 years and I’m just totally done. Ordered food at 7:26 and it’s now 8:28 and they just started it and just got told they are out of onion rings. Food is ok…if you ever get it. This will be my last visit.

Bad service and Depressing Atmosphere. No one is there to greet the customers. Very few people in the restaurant. It’s dark and dingy and the hostess is also serving … wow! Not a friendly spot. Eventually we were recognized and seated. Our orders were inaccurate. My entree came in piece meal… waiting for the sides …. Much too long… it took the server 3 trips to bring one meal that wasn’t all on the plate. We heard the kitchen help ranting. It was sureal. We should have left immediately. Never again.

Best pancake in town but you’ll wait longer to pay than you do for your food. Maybe they could consider QR codes on their receipts for payment!

The welcome was somewhat okay but when I was seated is where the whole place was unprofessional. After I sat down I waited for quite a long time to get my order started. I did however notice a couple other tables had customers but did not know that they were waiting for service. By the time they were placing their order I still sat longer than expected. Did coffee while waiting and then another patron placed his order. Still waiting to get my order placed but the wait was still longer than expected. Being full from drinking three cups of coffee I finally had someone take my order. Sure enough the waiting game is still continued. I so much wanted to walk out. Food finally came after a half hour waiting and then the unexpected happened. My food was cold. Bacon and eggs and the waffles were not hot at all. Took a few bites but finally asked to see if they could heat it up but once again the waiting game continued. Everyone else around me was treated great and served in a more timely manner. By the time I got my food I was totally astonished! Food was not hot. Well I ate some of it but when I started heading out I complained about the food being cold. If you stop by for a meal make sure you are a local person. Strangers are neglected here.

Waited 45 minutes for our food. When we received it it was cold. Will not be returning. Only the potatoes were warm.
