Number one of their products is 100% organic! They also have an extensive selection of substance and an excellent selection of vegetable tinctures, vitamins and mineral additives. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is a spacious and well managed business. And of course, above all, it is a co-op and we all have the opportunity to be co-owners of it!

I hadn't been to the co-op in months, so it was a delightful surprise to find that things have returned to normal—normal as in pre-COVID! You can now bring your luggage and highlight your bulk purchases. I had a fantastic conversation with a gentleman in the bulk food section. I'm terrible with names, but I think his name is Scott? I live in the mountains of Rutherford County, and it would be amazing if we could have a co-op in our area, but I doubt that will happen! I'm looking forward to next month when I’ll be caring for two of my dogs, and I definitely plan to stop by the co-op for my favorite sandwich and other delicious items from the deli!

Love shopping here for the organic and cleaner options, especially the products that are always well sorted and beautiful. They have amazing cookies and southwestern egg burritos in the morning, which are so much healthier than fast food options.

Absolutely five stars! I visited this restaurant for the first time today and had breakfast, which was delicious! There are plenty of options to choose from. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but you're definitely paying for quality. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is spotless. It's a great spot to unwind and enjoy a healthy meal. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be returning!

This is an incredible find! The restaurant offers unique healthy options that are hard to come by elsewhere. I absolutely love this place. It might be a bit pricey, but you get organic, nutritious food with plenty of vegan and gluten-free choices for my family.
