Hardee's - Henrico

Absolutely fantastic! You have to try the new Veggie Burger—it’s incredibly delicious and even better than Burger King's. The fries and burgers were served hot, and the service was fast and friendly. Dinner was brought to our table promptly. I highly recommend this location!

I absolutely love Hardee's breakfast! Their bacon and egg biscuits are a particular favorite of mine. Plus, the sweet tea at Hardee's is usually fantastic!

I enjoy the breakfast plate, which includes eggs, sausage, a biscuit with sausage gravy, and tater tots. The drive-thru pickup is quick and accurate, and their cookies are excellent. The sausage has a decent flavor for fast food, though the eggs are quite flat and lack volume. However, they are convenient when I don't feel like cooking at home. The service is good for grabbing food on the go. While the cashier/server could be a bit friendlier, I understand I'm in a hurry and they are just doing their job. There's nothing rude about it, but a touch more hospitality would go a long way. A simple acknowledgment or a "thank you for stopping by" would be appreciated, showing that they value the customer's choice to eat there. Overall, there’s no negative attitude, but enhancing the friendliness could make customers more eager to return, hopefully sooner rather than later.

It feels a bit rushed since I'm often at work and just trying to get through the motions. While there’s nothing rude about the interaction, it lacks warmth. A simple, friendly “thank you for stopping by” would go a long way in showing appreciation for the customers who choose this restaurant. There’s no anger or frustration; it’s just a small impression that could make a customer feel more welcomed, making them more likely to return sooner rather than later—or perhaps not at all.

The drive-thru experience can be a bit slow, as if you’re the only car there, and you might find yourself waiting 10-15 minutes. However, the staff is extremely friendly, and it seems like they prefer to wait until customers place their orders to ensure that everything is hot and fresh. Although the wait was frustrating during my initial visits, it becomes more manageable once you anticipate the delay. After all, it's worth it for fresher, higher-quality food.
