Nothing Bundt Cakes - Henrico

Someone else picked the bundtinis up so I can only judge how it tasted. It was delicious! The frosting was light and fluffy like I like. I had red velvet, chocolate chip and lemon. My favorite was the lemon, but all 3 were great.

I like the Bundt Cakes, but after being served there today, I am not sure I want to return. The saleswoman was very, very rude. I came in for a box of their small Bundtinis, which they sell by the dozen. The woman told me, in a fairly hostile way, that I could only pick between one of two boxes only, and if I wanted to select the Bundtinis I wanted, it would be an additional $2.00. At $28.00 a box, adding $2.00 for someone making a choice seemed like they were on a nasty path treating customers as if their patronage did not matter. Charging $30.00 a box before taxes just for making a choice? Really? I also got the feeling that these two boxes were merely leftovers and they wanted rid of them. I am tired of restaurants and other food service businesses charging bogus service charges and other costs, jumping on the bandwagon in treating customers poorly. Today was made worse by this woman treating a perfect stranger in an astonishingly rude manner. Wake up Bundt people, you are not the only game in town.

I placed my order online with a 5 pm pickup on Saturday . I read the business hours wrong thought they closed at 7. I received a call at 5:15 Saturday reminding me about pickup.. It was Maxamillion yes that’s his name he was courteous, informative and listened.. I told him I was on my way I would arrive until 6:05 he said come on I got you I will be waiting and true to his word he was at the door bag on hand smiling! It meant the world to me and my husband! Thanks a million Maxamillion!

I love this place! They are always consistent in taste, flavor, and customer service. That means so much! I love the cute shop and party gifts and decor, and the offerings are always just the perfect thing to top off someone specials birthday. I order bundlets the most and they are the perfect size to nibble on for a few hours or a day or so, depending on your mood and craving for sweetness. I've also ordered whole bundt cakes for special events and love that they will top them with the decorations and such for the occasion for very minimal cost. The cakes stay moist a good while and are perfection every time. I love that it's like a homemade cake feel and look without having to do the labor. I haven't met a flavor there I haven't enjoyed, but I'll say faves are carrot cake, red velvet, strawberry and creme, and white chocolate raspberry! They also have a punch card so you earn with each purchase and save once you've purchased ten I believe. If you sign up for email you also get a free bundlet for your birthday. Can't go wrong with anything here!
