Starbucks - Henrico

Delicious, as always! I had the chai tea latte and a cheese Danish.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a drink that I typically enjoy, but instead of being treated with courtesy, I was belittled and mocked while it was being prepared. I've ordered this same drink at other locations without any issues, so the rudeness I encountered was completely unnecessary. It was embarrassing, and to make matters worse, the drink was poorly made and not even filled properly. There’s no justification for such disrespect toward customers.

I ordered a plain coffee, and the friendly woman at the register asked if I wanted room for cream, to which I said yes. However, there was no cream available for customers. I had to ask the staff at the espresso machine for some milk, and they appeared to be quite annoyed by my request. Furthermore, the guy at the machine spoke very softly and didn't clearly announce names, which made the experience rather confusing.

This location, like all the others, is always lively and full of people. I really appreciate the variety of snack options available. I tried the Vegan Cheddar Cheese flavored chickpea puffs and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were. The service was also very quick.

I enjoyed a fantastic view from the Starbucks at Short Pump Town Centre! I ordered a caramel frappuccino and loved every sip. The staff were wonderful. When I inquired about the sweetest item on the menu, the man who took my order playfully pointed to his coworker. What a delightful touch!
