They ran out of lids, so I had to use their saran wrap from a dirty box. Almost changed my mind. Then they turned the machine around so I could Sign, and it forced me to give the cashier a tip!! What about a discount for no lid?

Best SWEET FROG EVER Chole is AWESOME She Has the Best Customer Service I Have seen Since the Pandemic lol She greeted me in and out the door and my two little boys loved her !!! It was My oldest Birthday : the establishment was very clean and my kids loved their frozen yogurt . Thank you Sooo much Chole for making our experience GREAT : !!

I gave two stars for convenience. I rarely go to this location and when I do it?s the same flavors. This is the only location in this area AND I KNOW this spot has to be bringing in cash, why not use it to fix up the store?! Get some newer and updated fixtures that other Sweet Frogs have that are a lot farther away. Choose different flavors. The owner of this location is taking advantage of the vast amount of people in this area all because of-convenience! Yeah, I said it!

Will not return!!! If you 're a rewards member and get the text messages for special deals on cup sizes or anything...THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT. I was informed that due to this location being non-corporate they don 't participate in corporate offers or rewards. So before you drive 45 minutes in 110° weather with 3 kids you want to congratulate for doing well in school, save your time, gas and $50 for this trip.

Spent $8 on the most mediocre sweet frog. Literally no flavors to choose from one was broken and the other was empty. All other 4 flavors were vanilla. Minimal toppings will not return. What a rip off.
