Tasty Crab - Henrico

We went to this restaurant for lunch and happened to arrive at the perfect time because they were not busy and seated us immediately. The server was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The food came out quickly and was steaming hot. I ordered a shrimp basket and my boyfriend had a catfish basket, both of which came with fries and coleslaw. The fries were extremely hot, almost burning the roof of my mouth. Overall, we enjoyed our meals and plan to return in the future.

I had a fantastic time at this indulgent lunch! I opted for a build-your-own meal with one pound of crawfish and a half pound of little neck clams in the house spice/sauce. My friend went for the Classic option, which included sausage, snow crab, and shrimp. Both dishes were incredibly tasty. We also ordered hush puppies, which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - a real treat. I would have loved to try one pound of king crab and a whole lobster, but it was a bit too pricey for lunch. The market prices were displayed in one of my photos, although they were out of blue fin crab that afternoon. The staff was friendly and the decor was fun.

I do not particularly care for the boil and bag style seafood, but my wife likes it, so we decided to try. We really liked it, despite the fact that I just got fried shrimp and scallops. But she got the bag with the potatoes and the sausage and the corn and all the shrimp and stuff and really liked it. They seem to be handling the covid-19 restrictions well, the restaurant was clean easily accessible, the wait was not long. Business started to pick up about the time we finished, I got the idea they were waiting on us to vacate our table, but I guess that's understandable and a busy restaurant. They also seem to do a spirited to go business.

Good food. I got the shrimp boil and added sausage it was that good didn't taste full done and the corn was a little tough. Shrimp, hush puppies and wings were delicious

I went to Tasty Crab Seafood for dinner with a friend and ordered the Shrimp and Clams. Our waitress, Emily, was kind and nice. It was her first day on the job but she made our experience enjoyable and satisfying. I will definitely be returning for another visit.
