Wendy's - Henrico

Visited for the first time in the new year on January 12th. I ordered the #3 combo, which includes 10 spicy nuggets, fries, and FUZE sweet tea. I really enjoy Wendy's! What else is there to say? This location is definitely one of my favorites. I've consistently received excellent food from friendly staff, and the restaurant is always kept clean.

This Wendy's has been around for quite a while and, like any restaurant, it has had its highs and lows. We visited the drive-thru late in the evening. The young man who took our order was friendly and courteous. The line was quite long, which is typical, but that's not their fault. This location consistently offers fresh food, and you can order anything from the entire menu. The line moved quickly, the food was fresh, and the staff at the window were accommodating and polite. I really enjoyed my experience and will continue to go there in the future.

I have no complaints about this place. Just be ready to wait in line, and be cautious if you're in the drive-thru, as it often extends into the street—cars will try to cut in front of you. The service is excellent, and the food is fresh. However, the parking lot could use some improvements. They really need to install a barrier to prevent people from cutting in line or looping around.

The worst drive thru service ever!! As long as you sit in the line, you would think that the frits and nuggets are hot. I went a few times. The staff always misses people. There was 1 person who worked the last time I left. I went late at night at 2200 and the employee was cooking, making sandwiches and taking money. He must have used a lot of soap to touch money and good. He also explained that there was no manager.

I always enjoy eating at Wendy's. This place is not different. Clean with friendly and competent people working there.
