Tim Hortons - Hepworth

Service was exceptionally slow.Only one person in front of me.Took 14 minutes to get a coffee.This location puts a priority on drive through. 5 people behind me, with two other people commenting on the service.Staff standing around waiting to get an order ie. A toasted bagel...Could have helped move the indoor coffee line.Seemed to have no direction.An older gentleman without a uniform came in just before I left, didn't seem to offer an real help. ?

Terrible Experience. I have never been to a slower Tim Hortons. Workers were chatting away not caring about the people waiting for their food. Extremely unprofessional. We spent $30 and had to leave without the food as we waited 10 minutes and were in a hurry because it took so long. There was nobody in drive thru or ahead of us. Workers did nothing to compensate for it either.

Typical Tim Hortons store. Regular stop en route to Tobermory. Clean washrooms. Seems to run quite smoothly considering the amount of traffic that would go through here during the high season.

Dear cashier, (took order on 2nd October 2023 morning in the store around 8ish Just to let you know perfume policy is for staff not for customers. I understand you’ve allergies with perfumes, but Saying “ridiculous blah blah” is not the customer service I expect! You should probably resign and find a job that aligns with your health.Leaving the in store line up and going to put the sign up wasn’t the pleasing way to do it.Wasn’t a the best way to start morning, but the coffee was good. :

Updat....We stop here on our way home from Sauble Beach. This will be our 7th stop through. we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, one with bacon and one with sausage both on biscuits. Twice now, one came on an english muffin and neitherof us like them. Please get it right.Oct 1st, 2023.The real eggs affect the taste of the breakfast sandwich. I heard people saying that but didn't believe it, but it's true
