Da Sabatino Bistrorante - Herborn

Wonderful Italian restaurant right at the market place of herborn. especially in good weather they can sit outside and eat. very good service. classic Italian menu: pizza, pasta, salad and more. reservation recommended to the popular food food food food days.

Looking for a restaurant in herborn I met the bistrorante da sabatino. there it was unfortunately too cold to use the outside terrace located in the middle of the pedestrian zone (in summer it is probably very pleasant because no road traffic runs along.) in the restaurant were only two tables free (the rest was reserved, on request it would be advisable to reserve a table there in general).) we had the luck to get a table. we ordered an salat as appetizer, pizza and lasagne as main dish. everything without taking perfect! The price-performance ratio is therefore absolutely in order. waiting times were very short (but also the first guests on this day.) staff very friendly, even after it became fuller and a bit more stressful. cleanliness in the restaurant and especially on the toilets was absolutely perfect. Therefore I will explain the restaurant to my new favorite Italian and look forward to the next visit.

Very good food and wine. Will definitely visit this place again when I am in town.

Situated in the town centre ulike other restaurants this one does not close at 6pm!Lovely staff, speak little English but polite enough and the young waitress is fabulous, so happy and deserves lots of praise.Started with a beer then parma ham and melon followed by fillet steak, the latter in particular was so good.Wine okay too.courteous when it rained as we were outside and covered us with parasol and awning.Hard to fault for a spontaneous meal

Leider sind wir erst nachher draufgekommen, dass eine Flasche Pellegrino und ein Glas Wein (insgesamt 8 Euro) doppelt verrechnet wurden. Sowas geht gar nicht. Der Service war ziemlich konfus - aber so viel war nicht los, dass man sich dermassen verrechnen muss. Zu viert haben wir dann 74 Euro bezahlt. Das Essen war gut - aber für den Preis sollte auch das rundherum stimmen.
