During the visit of the early sale in the herdecke, after some time also the great hunger arrived, we decided against a bite to one of the stands built for the event and looked for a local I did not yet know. my guide had made good experiences with the Italian restaurant la piazza, and so we landed there. Outside and inside were well visited, on most empty tables were reserved signs to see. but we had luck and found a nice place on the window. the device was very good it is factic and held in black and white. this is solved by well maintained space plants and abstract, black framed metal objects on the walls. as we noticed, the table runners consisted of paper (roll goods that were immediately replaced when the guests released a table. immediately after we had taken a place, a very attentive and friendly waiter came to the table to ask for our wish. the menu was clear and not overlooked. my accompaniment decided for penne al forno (8,50€ , I took tris di pasta (lasagne, cannelloni and tagliatelle 9€ . the sauces were great spiced, and those with cheese baked supported the taste and not suffocated. our drinks were alcohol-free because we had a long day before us. after that I could still find that the toilet was very well maintained and clean. for a total of four stars, I decided because I don't know exactly if I like this with the paper wipes, finally there are many avoidable wastes. for interieur, service and taste I give, but five stars. a restaurant that you can recommend to a certain degree.

Very authentic Italien. Nice to sit outside when the weather is nice in summer. Food is OK. The kitchen is rather open.
