I really like their food, they are very friendly, they have a very good variety of salty and very good seasoning in their chicken, they give it to me to my liking.

The chicken pieces tend to be much smaller than other places. The chicken is dry and sometimes burnt. Food is overpriced for the quality and quantity one receives. Very disappointing. This place used to have higher standards. The churros are definitely not worth the purchase they are dry as rocks and have no taste! One could easily break a tooth on biting into one if one is not cautious El Pollo Loco should not be selling churros.
