Contribuisci feedbackI was very disappointed as my soup came with NO LEMON OR THIN SLICED TORTILLA STRIPS on the side. The soup therefore was not good, I lost money on that deal. Whenever a customer go inside to order soup they receive lemons and chip strips in a small bag on the side. This is the 3rd time I had to contend with this to no avail. As a result I am compelled to STOP doing business with El Pollo Loco and the Uber driver business. I really should be granted an immediate refund. FULL STOP!
Missing ingredients in the Tostada and waayy too much sour cream and no seasoning on any of the food) and churro had no sugar. The BRC was okay but had very little cheese only at the bottom of the burrito. I'd still eat at El Pollo Loco, just not this location.
Food is good but the cashier seems like she'd rather be elsewhere. No soap in the rr so that concerns me as to if the staff isnt washing their hands.
Flys everywhere, so it makes you think if they are in the dining area, im sure flys all over back kitchen as well.
