No.9 The Balcony - Hereford

Best restaurant in Hereford. Amazing food, quality service, staff can’t do enough for you. Very surprised there’s not a Michelin star here, can’t be far off, genuinely!

Lovely cocktails and very nice food mussels and mackerel

Service could be slightly improved. Beef couldn’t be cooked well done for pregnant person. Lots of empty bottles not taken away until lined up when bringing lots of food dishes out and struggling for table space. Asked if everything was ok with food before trying, when still serving it up. Watched this happen to two other tables too. Only relatively minor service things but did effect overall rating. Asked for more water twice.

Nice and quiet environment. Food is very tasty. Would go again.

This was our first time visiting No9 and our first night out since March 2020, it did not disappoint. All Covid precautions were in place and we felt very safe. All staff were lovely and welcoming. There were plenty of menu options which would suit everyone and when the food came it was packed with flavour and just delicious. We had a great night and will be back soon! Thank you all :
