Taco Bell - Hereford

Their morning staff on 10/11/22 ignored me all. they saw me through the window and no one took my order. the guy was on his handy and looked away. I calculate the afternoon staff 5 stars, as the lady who always takes my orders is so nice and so is the rest of the staff that they have ordered.

I ordered a freeze and 4 tacos over 30 minutes ago, and now it's been an hour. Waiting for a refund is also taking too long. I'm really hungry and tired, and I'm starting to lose hope. Taco Bell has really disappointed me with their poor customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. My order was accurate, and the food was served warm. The service was excellent!
