Nice, cozy pub. great food. we visited the opposite and spent both nights here. special thanks to debs so welcome for us, including our dog ziva.

The first time we've left for six months. the steak and ale pee was lovely as the steak and mushroom cake. a lot. really enjoyed us

I had a wonderful experience at this charming traditional English pub, with its beautiful old beams. The service was top-notch and the food was exceptional, all at affordable prices. My scampi and chips were cooked perfectly, as was my vegan friend's nut roast.

The Christmas dinner was fantastic, as always. I am returning tomorrow with a group of friends to enjoy the turkey and trimmings. For dessert, we had mince pies and coffee.

Welcomed to this rational pub by really helpful bar staff. Unfortunately the kitchen had closed however they made two fresh delicious sandwiches. Washed down with Henry Westons refreshing cider. The conversations we had with the locals was unexpected but they made us feel very welcome and kept is part out the discussion without being overbearing. We'll visit again and wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful country pub Thank you all!
