Mcdonald's - Herefordshire, County of

I visited this restaurant on 7/4/2024 for lunch and found it to be quite busy. I was not a fan of the large stools and needed a proper seat with a back rest, so our table options were limited. Many of the unoccupied tables appeared to be in need of a clean, including ours. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, which were unpleasantly solid, rubbery, and tasteless, so we did not finish them. The tomato ketchup was watered down and thin, with a terrible taste. I was relieved that I did not pour it over my fries before tasting it. In other McDonald's locations, the tables are regularly cleaned, but that did not seem to be the case during our meal. We have decided to avoid this place for a long time due to the unclean tables, bad tomato ketchup, and unsatisfactory food quality. I used to enjoy eating at McDonald's, but my recent experience has been disappointing.

Unbelievable! The Hereford Council should be held accountable for this. I visited on March 5, 2024, only to witness some of the worst behavior imaginable - people vomiting and causing chaos (even on the front windows), clearly under the influence of alcohol and drugs. I quickly left with my grandchildren. Looking inside, I saw a mess of debris on the floor and dirty tables. We immediately went to Mac's on Belmont Road instead. What a difference! The premises were extremely clean, the staff was well-dressed and efficient, and the service was prompt.

Earlier this afternoon, I and a couple of friends visited this so called restaurant. When we walked in, we were rudely greeted with a bunch of loud-mouthed millennials. The McDonalds was extremely busy downstairs, with us having to wait minutes for a screen to order. Finally when the rubbish, filthy touchscreens managed to take mine and my friends orders we waited by the counter. My friend had the wrong wrap, so took it back. It turned out he actually was given my wrap, which when given back the rude worker and she simply chucked it into the bin like it was a basketball and a 3 pointer on the court. Anyway, this aside i had to wait 20 WHOLE MINUTES for a wrap. When I had trekked up 20 million flights of stairs, I HAD NO SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE (which I ordered). I trekked back down to get my sauce, went back up the stairs, opened my wrap and disaster struck. It had split and gone everywhere, all over the mucky tables. Overall, I would rather go to Bagdad McDonalds.

I’m writing this review in an utter state of panic and disarray. I have 3 hungry children so took them to McDonalds as access to a sustainable food income is a human right. Firstly, the touch screens to order our food had disgustingly poor touch sensors. It was extremely difficult for me to order on a faulty screen, with a hungry belly and three crying children. Once I had finally ordered it took an age for a ‘FAST FOOD’ restaurant to give my hungry, crying children their food. When they arrived the miserable, sluggish manager had the audacity to give me the wrong orders. They then blatantly refused to give me a refund or the CORRECT ORDER! I am incredibly disappointed with this customer service and my children cried through the 4 hour journey home as they looked forward to their happy meals. DO NOT GO TO HEREFORD MCDONALDS! MY WORST EVER EXPERIENCE!!!

After placing an order for delivery, we ordered at 6pm and 8pm no food arrived!!!! called mc donalds and was told they have no order but we have emails saying food in kitchen, and then your food has been delivered. not to us. i contacted my bank and they could see and £50 bill awaiting clearance. but mc donalds say they have not got any order.... Would not use mc donalds app again. the manager was useless. and as for uber eats thay are a **** setup Its just to easy today to order food and get it delivered sometimes. go back to the old days go get it or go with out..... So in short MC DONALDS IS **** AND SO IS DELIVERY SERVICES.
