This hidden gem is a must-visit if you're in the area. It's a traditional pub with a great choice of beers. The hot beef baguettes with roast potatoes and gravy that we had were outstanding. The staff and locals were incredibly friendly, making us feel like we could have stayed all day.

Great bit of history. Good beer, cider. You can take your own food in. The old parlour of flossies brew house is great.

Great pub, running in an excellent way, serving some very fine ales. very pleased indeed, big shout out to Sally Sarah, good stuff, AAA+

Old pub with small unique parlour at front, just like someones front sitting room, but large airy extension and grassy garden at rear, with plenty of space and some tables under a large gazebo tent. Only food is very basic (rolls) but they were happy for us to eat our fish and chips from next door. Dog friendly

What a credit to the team at this pub. We got served straight away the staff being pleasant bringing our drinks to us in a timely manner. Social distancing was set our fantastically with Hand sanitiser and contact details being taken.
