Wagamama Hereford

I’ve been doing a kitchen renovation and currently no kitchen in place. Having takeaway almost every day and Wagamama is the first choice as healthy and tasty food. Been to the restaurant also multiple times. Staff are good and friendly.

This restaurant is too expensive for the quality of food they are serving. The dish I ordered with chicken had very little meat, less than one ounce. Even my young grandson noticed the lack of chicken in the meal. I used to think this place was a good value in the past, but now I will be avoiding it.

My husband and I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant for his birthday. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Kirsty who went out of her way to return my lost gloves to our hotel. This kind of exceptional customer service deserves 5 stars. Thank you!

I ordered the chill ramen steak dish at this restaurant. The ramen should have been served with a Miso sauce that has a distinct Umami flavor, not the sweet and sour sauce it actually came with. The sauce reminded me of a sweet and sour tomato style sauce, bright red in color, and had an oily texture. This dish was really disappointing and did not resemble authentic Japanese ramen at all. I don't even think there was any soy sauce in it!
