I came for a medical conference and when I came back to the hotel at night, my key card didn't work. the hotel has no portier at night. when they called, they said they were far from the hotel and had no master key, so I had to take a taxi to another hotel. the next day I got my cost refunded. in bar. in Danish krones even so I didn't want it cash or in dk. because the computer didn't work. and a bank transfer would take many days, maybe until next year. they apologised, but I would have expected them to have dropped at least the night in the hotel. that was not possible either. I can recommend the other hotel. it is called loudrup park hotel.

Super cozy place, we were a big group for Christmas lunch, everything was tip top, staff top motivated, thanks for a really good night for everyone and a hot recommendation from here service: 5 location: 5
