Panda Express - Hermiston

I've visited this location three times. On two occasions, they were out of more than half of the menu items. The third time, I did manage to get food, but there was barely any chicken in the bowl I ordered. Overall, it's a very disappointing Panda restaurant.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The person who identified herself as the manager, Geraldine, was quite rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I'm disappointed to say that I won't be returning to this restaurant. I ordered three dishes, along with veggie rolls and Rangoons, but neither the rolls nor the Rangoons made it into my bag. Of the three dishes, one was beef and broccoli with mushroom chicken, which contained just one piece of beef with a large heap of broccoli on top. The other two dishes had barely any meat—only one and a half pieces each. I work hard and eat out very infrequently, so it was a big mistake to come here. If you're out of something, please just let us know instead of skimping on the food and piling on extra noodles.

I have ordered several times from Panda Express in the Spokane area. I recently moved but I noticed they have a Panda Express and couldn't wait to eat from one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately this was not even as good as the so called Chinese food that Safeway serves out of their hot deli. The orange chicken was so overcooked and dried out my dog wouldn't eat it. The vegetables were not cooked at all, the noodles were just not right. One good thing, I know what I'm not having for dinner.Parking: There is always an abundance of parking spots available and handicap parking as well.

We enjoy eating at Panda Express. This was the first time at this location. We placed our order, and we were surprised at how small the portions were here. I ordered Orange Chicken, and we had to wait 7 minutes for the chicken. When they gave me my bowl, there were maybe 5 pieces of chicken. My husband ordered the mushroom chicken. When he got his plate, there was no chicken in the mushroom chicken. They told him that's what happens when they are almost out. Since they didn't have any mushroom chicken that had chicken in it, they gave him a little container of teriyaki chicken with no sauce. It was a good thing we weren't that hungry.
