Kfc - Hermitage

I mean the picture explains itself. These are supposed to be the Nashville hot tenders. All I see is over fried hard piece of scrap meat

Absolutely horrible so we ordered our favorite 2 number 11 's Nashville hot chicken, which didn 't look like Nashville hot chicken just plain ole chicken tenders and when tried to get fixed the woman at the window slammed the window on us so we pulled backaround to get it fixed.... Y 'all I couldn 't believe this.. this woman was so rude an rolled her eyes like we did somethingwrong... An handed us a CUP of the Nashville hot sauce an slammed the window again...WoW so after all tht we just took it as aloss.. an WON 'T be back there again. Very horrible service!!

I 'm sure the food was decent as we gave meal to the homeless man. However, the lady who took my order and payment was the absolute RUDEST individual I have come across in awhile!!! Just go ahead , Come on , and a smirk for a thank you. I maintainedrespect and my kindness but it was a struggle. 10.30.2022 at about 1pm.

Horrible experience. The drive through lady was rude and had a poor attitude. Then again she always does no matter how slow or busy they are. The drinks were completely flat and tasted horrible. Which is no surprise the drinks are never good at thislocation. The chicken tenders tasted like I was eating pure pepper. The coleslaw was so old tasting, had no sweetness andtasted like vinegar. The meal was not worth the $25 it came to. Haven't been to KFC in a couple of months and thought hey maybethey have improved. No still the same poor service and nasty tasting food they always serve.

Worst experience ever! I came from Florida on August 27th and at 8:00 pm, after a long trip, that was the first place I got to grab a bite. There were two person outside the restaurant, a woman and a guy. They didn't move when I parked the car but, assoon as they saw me getting into the door that, by the way, were closed even though the working hours were at the door and itsaid clearly Saturday they were open till 9:00pm, they ran inside and hide from me. I was able to see through the doors thewoman laughing and just showing a little bit of her face I guess waiting for me to leave. I came back to my car and took anotherlook and there was her openly laughing at me. I just took my car and drove away. Do not recommend this place, at least if theshift workers that are there now, Saturday, August 27th, 8:00pm is working.
