Panera Bread - Hermitage

Service is slow. They hardly ever get my order right in the drive thru. How hard is it to put a pickle with a sandwich or include a bag of chips instead of the piece of baguette when instructed to do so?

Went in a half hr before close tonight. The employees in the food prep area were noticeably and vocally annoyed that we had walked in. She started slamming things on the counter as she was doing her thing back there. The other employee in food area looked at us and said nothing. No one spoke to us even though there were no other customers except the one that finished paying as we walked in. If they don't want people coming in at 830, then lock the door and close earlier. Things are too expensive these days for me to spend money in an establishment that is intentionally rude when I walk in the door. We left without ordering.
