I paid $52 for two bowls and a quesadilla with chips and salsa and two drinks, and I can definitely say I did not get what I paid for. The manager gave me the smallest scoop of vegetables I'd ever seen and when I asked nicely for another scoop, they told me they were going to charge me extra for it. I paid an additional $3.00 for a small side of queso and asked for the salsa they didn't give me with my chips and salsa and when I asked for my second cup with my second meal deal, the employee ringing me up argued with me about getting me a second small cup of salsa for the meal deal I paid for, saying that the $3.00 cup of queso that I paid extra for, counted as my salsa. (THE SALSA IS FREE ON YOUR BOWL ANYHOW) Absolutely rude customer service here. I got rice, beans, vegetables, meat, cheese and sour cream. I do not think I was asking for very much.
The Place is trash got charged for chips and salsa fought with me about getting them when they forgot to give me them . This is my second time here I will never come back and I will tell everyone I know that the place is garbage I feel like I got scammed the food is terrible
The ideal place for burritos in Hermitage. Always a good meal, and staff always friendly
I did not have high expectations when placing an order at Hot Head Burrito in person, but sadly, even that low bar was not meant. The beans and rice were overcooked, bland, and simply tasted old. The chicken was rubbery, overly sour, and salty. It seemed like it was from the bottom of a pan. I had the Chicken Power Bowl, and I do not know if this item was meant to be cold, but it certainly was. I question the time temperature hold time on the items placed in this meal. The staff were rude, unfriendly, and unresponsive when asked questions. They couldn't have been bothered. Do they treat everyone this way or just us? You're better off buying Delimex Frozen Mexican food from Walmart. For over $30 for two meals, it had no excuse to be this poor of a meal. We won't be back.
