This is one of those spots that you need a local to tell you about. It doesn't look like much from the outside, bumpy dirt parking lot, but it is a treasure. You sit at a table and they will come by to take your...order. There is a large menu on the wall behind where they are cooking the meat (you can watch them cooking if you wish). If just ordering tacos, as we did, they will be ready and to your table quite quickly. Soft tortilla as is the true local custom. There are a variety of options, but the "taco cabreria" (a local type of beef) is some of the best meat I have ever tasted so tender. You could enjoy the meat all on its own. But you then go up to a central buffet counter where you have about options for toppings guacomole, onions, various salsas, etc... Two tacos were good and filling for the local evening meal ...you could handle three if quite hungry. Delicious
