Chalet De La Guitarra - Hermosillo

We were the only diners in la guitarra. the first problem was that the only red wine that the glass has provided was merlot which we do not care. we chose a beer and a water. not a stupid beginning. we ordered a Caesar-Salad who was pretty good. the next cure should be pasta amatriciana. it was nothing like amatriciana. it was miniatur penne with an oily sauce with loads of dried marjoram or oregano and over cap. no tomato sauce, no speck or pancetta. I sent it back. the kalbspeiclopini my manne was actually thin cut non-so-tender beef with a salty, lemony sauce. All right. the waiter apologised and said he had worked there only weeks and knew what really should be arrabiata from a job in another Italian restaurant. fortunately we were not calculated for pasta or salate. I wish him well in the future.
