Arby's - Hernando

The crew there are nice and the food was delicious.

First of all, we were not greeted when we entered the restaurant. There was no one in the lobby, so I don't understand why we were not acknowledged! When we did get our food, it was COLD! This was not a great experience at all!

I had to drive out to this location because the one in the Southaven horn lake area was so rude. The manger called and told me and my husband we could drive here and get a free meal on them for both of us. This location is very clean the employees are nice and management is trying their best to insure the customers have a positive experience.

Very clean, we always stop here on our road trip to NOLA, and the food is always perfect, friendly staff, you feel like they know you the way they welcome you! Took a picture of their new burger because it actually looks like food you see in advertising!

Pretty typical for an arby's, no issues, always room to improve but not too
