Bonchon Chicken Herndon, Va

The restaurant is cozy and the service is prompt. The French fries are delicious, especially when paired with the spicy mayo they offer. I ordered the 10-piece chicken strip meal, which comes with half regular and half spicy strips. The spicy ones pack quite a punch – they were definitely on the hot side for me! The regular strips were tasty as well. They serve food with radishes, similar to what you'd find in Korea. Also, much like in Korea, servers only come by when you specifically request help. The portion sizes are generous, so make sure to check the wall for any specials; I overlooked that and ended up spending over $20 for a lunch that I couldn't finish, while they offer a lunch special for half the price.

The portion sizes of the chicken can vary, but the pickup service is quick. Currently, there isn't seating available for larger groups.

The sizes of the chicken, especially the wings, have significantly shrunk. While the drumsticks are still large, they're dry and no longer have the crispy and moist texture they used to. I'm really disappointed.

Received very friendly service here, and the seasoned fries were excellent. However, the boneless chicken tenders were VERY small compared to every other BonChon location I've been to, and only about halfway covered in the sauce, which was disapointing. This location seems to cater almost exclusively to take-out.

Has gone greatly downhill since my last visit. I usually get spicy strips, and today received some very cheap strips that you might find at a fast food restaurant like McDonald’s. A far cry from the typical strips you would get at Bonchon, will not be returning to this location.
