Drive by the area and needed a stop with some drink. Redeemed a free sip by an online on mobile app. It located in the middle of the Worldgate Centre building off the corner of Worldgate Dr and Centreville Rd. It offered both outdoor and indoor seatings. My order was on the Rapid Pickup as promised.

They need renovations! Everything looks filthy and old. Tables were dirty and no one even attempted to clean those tables. Front desk lady was nice.

Small space limited uncomfortable seating. Self service ordering on tiny display screens and a horrible interface. Very difficult to use even for an IT professional. Witnessed an older couple that was very frustrated and nobody bothered to notice or assist. No announcement order is ready you must view screen then screen says ready but its not actually ready?!!!! Seriously a horrible exoetience

The dining room was very dirty. The food was good, my order wasn't correct. There really isn't any customer service.
