Papa Johns Pizza - Herndon

I had a pretty good experience at this restaurant. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust, and it came out hot and quickly. I stepped out to grab some soda from the grocery store, and when I returned with Mountain Dew, my pizza was already waiting for me with peppers and garlic sauce. The meal was delicious, and the service was excellent.

Overall, I would like to mention that this review is not about the food, but rather about the teamwork environment at the restaurant. The lady at the front, who I believe is the manager, was speaking harshly to her staff members. It did not feel like a positive work atmosphere.

Ordered delivery tonight and was given the wrong order, was calling the store for 45 minutes but was going straight to voicemail everytime, so had to drive to the store to take that order back and get my actual order remade. This is the second time I've received the wrong order so I definitely will not be ordering from this location again

No one answer the phone and took over an hour to receive my order with cold pizza.

I ordered a pizza and they cancelled it AN HOUR later while I 'm sitting here thinking some pizza is on the way for dinner. No call. No text. Just an email sent an hour later with no reason other than your order was cancelled
