Pizza Hut - Herndon

I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. I spent around $35, including a $7 tip and a $4 delivery fee, for a large pizza and 8 wings. I even gave an extra tip because it was snowing outside and I felt bad for the delivery driver. However, when I opened the boxes, I was let down. The wings, which were supposed to be honey barbecue, were about the size of McDonald's chicken nuggets and hardly had any sauce on them. I immediately called to express my concerns but was put on hold for ten minutes. Eventually, I decided it wasn't worth the wait and felt it would be better to share my experience here so that others can be aware. I've attached pictures.

I have had a consistently awful experience every time I've visited this restaurant. The female manager has always been rude to us, while I've noticed her being friendly with other customers, which gives the impression that race may play a role in the treatment we receive. During our most recent visit, we ordered two pizzas for takeout in an empty restaurant. Despite the lack of customers, we were told to wait and took a seat in one of the booths. After a while, the same manager approached us and insisted that we couldn't sit there, demanding that we go to the waiting bench instead. When we questioned her about the need to move since there were no other diners, she was extremely unkind and insisted we comply. To make matters worse, no one informed us when our order was ready, so we ended up standing at the counter waiting. This has been the last straw for us, and we won't be coming back again.

Pizza Hut has made significant improvements over the years. Their pizzas are consistently innovative while still focusing on quality ingredients. The customer service is excellent, and the flavors are delicious, all at a reasonable price. It's a great option for the entire family. I highly recommend it!

Today I had a bad experience, I got to order my pizza at 9:45, they told me that I couldn't eat in the dining room, because they had already cleaned it and that Hispanic people like me, dirty a lot and that I couldn't eat inside the restaurant, I'm a super loyal customer to pizza hut, we order pizza every week, I never thought that this would happen to me in my favorite restaurant, if you have any questions you can watch the security video, and you can see more people in the dining room. Nasty taste of Detroit style pizza with too much tomato sauce drooling in all pieces, only 6 cut pieces for 18.97 !! Pizza Hut app is misleading , shows different price but store charges a lot more than what app shows!! Herndon location is the worst, not helpful , full of excuses, way too expensive for 6 nasty tasting pieces !! Dominos has better deals and prices , don?t waste your hard earned money at Pizza Hut and never use their app?.. misleading app!!
