Starbucks - Herndon

6/26/2021: Staff here are helpful and fast! Drinking was good. Thank you. The first time here... Mobile order updates showed that my order was ready and it wasn't. I ordered a Venti Mango Dragon fruit and Bacon Gouda sandwich, and both were good.

This was our way over 14 years ago and always busy mainly morning. Today at 2 slow, which was big, since only 2 employees and fast. Luckily, my coffee cake was available because it's the first one to get out. Location is older so a little upkeep would be good

This is the first time I visited after the start of the pandemic. It wasn't crowded when I went there on a Saturday afternoon. Barista was very polite and all employees wore masks. The chairs and couches were strategically placed to keep distance between them. Parking during peak hours can be a problem.

I have no complaints against the store. You're doing a good job. But I'm really getting cleaned up when I see people park in front of the store to pick up their order. They're blocking traffic there. It creates a dangerous location for customers who go to the store. I guess these people think they're legitimate. Parking car in the many available parking spaces.

My visit to Starbucks at Fox Mill Center was quite enjoyable. The barista took my order, rang it up and it was in my hands within 2 minutes. The atmosphere was pleasant and cheerful. I will visit this store again soon.
