Hardee's - Herrin

I drove through and ordered the Big Star not expecting much due to some previous bad experiences in Chicago. However, I can confidently say that this was the best burger I have had in years. It was hot, juicy, and absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it so much that I had to call the restaurant and speak with Baxter, the manager. He was very friendly and appreciative of the positive feedback. The restaurant was very clean and the staff members were also very friendly. I wish I could have this experience every time I travel. Keep up the amazing food and service, Baxter, because you are doing a fantastic job!

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but I haven't been to Hardee's in years since they stopped serving roast beef. The food was good and the service was excellent.
