Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hershey

I won't be returning to this restaurant. It's ridiculous. The management is inadequate. They've raised their prices again, and my orders haven't been ready for pickup on time (I typically schedule them for dinner). One night, I even found a car filled with plastic wrap! Instead, I recommend taking a short drive to Hummelstown for better quality and service.

The restaurant has many employees during lunchtime, but it's unfortunate that almost all Chipotle locations receive negative reviews. It seems they prioritize food preparation and service over cleaning tables and emptying trash cans. I guess this is a reflection of the current job shortage. While this location is better than most, it still faces the same issues.

I don’t visit Chipotle frequently since there are none nearby, but I really enjoy the food. I’ve placed orders a few times a year at various locations, and they’ve consistently gotten something wrong or left out items. I always double-check everything before I leave. On my most recent visit, my special order was missing the chips for the guacamole, but thankfully it wasn’t a full meal or a costly extra. The staff here were nice enough to fix it for me.
