I am a huge fan of Pho, and since there aren’t any options where I live, every time I travel for business to the Harrisburg/Hershey area, I make sure to visit a Pho restaurant.

The pho was quite good and satisfied my cravings on a chilly day. The service was acceptable, especially considering they appeared to be short-staffed, with just one person handling orders and deliveries.

Miss Saigon's has exactly what you need. If food were a drug, this would be your go-to recipe for the winter months. Alongside the Pho, don't forget to try their Thai iced tea—it's a perfect complement. And if you've never experienced Pho with the plate of herbs, jalapeños, and bean sprouts on the side, be sure to ask how to use them and how much to add to your bowl. This place gets a solid 5/5!

The pho here is absolutely delicious, and they provide generous portions. I enjoyed my meal so much that I ate half of it on the first day and saved the rest for the next. I would definitely return! The summer rolls were also refreshing and tasty.
