Wasabi Bistro - Hershey

I've eaten here a few times, and I'm not sure exactly what happened to the dining room (maybe COVID), but it feels much less put together than it used to. This felt more like a dining hall than the nicer place it used to be. The food was alright as was theservice. Nothing to shout about, but it wasn't bad.

We've never eaten in the restaurant before but my boyfriend and I get take out all the time. This is our go-to spot for takeout hibachi, sushi, clear soup, and anything else in that department. Unfortunately, my last visit did have some fish scraps in thesushi which was actually very unappetizing. That was my first experience like that so hopefully it doesn't happen again. I willstill keep going back and will update my review later. Other than that, I would 100% recommend this place!

Friendly place, the service is really good. Has lots of traditional Japanese food not American Japanese food), recommend Sashimi with Suki. Minus one star is because the sushi is not as good as I thought.

Local little gem. After being advised by friend to go and try it. I decided why not? . So I went their with my wife, child, and mom. I ordered the tempura chicken, now honestly the chicken itself didn 't have much flavor, but the sauce fixed thatproblem. The other had different hibachi dishes. I tried each one too, and I thought that the charcoal like taste gave themexcellent flavor. Hope to go back soon and get the nerve to try the sushi. Maybe with enough saki I might

Always great food and service. Today I was missing one of my items from my order and realized once unpacked at home. They were very reasonable talking it out on the phone. Only asked to call back after review with the staff that packed my order. Promptlycalled back after a very reasonable review period and admitted their mistake. They were more than happy to offer a refund orreplacement. I of course choose replacement, as it was the most delicious East meets West roll (my favorite). They evensurprised me with a free seaweed salad when I picked it up! Mistakes happen. It's how you respond to them. Overall I find thisrestaurant very professional and the food delicious. Would recommend any day!
