Papa John's Pizza - Hertsmere

Pizza took over 2 hours to arrive Pizza undercooked, tasteless and cold when it arrived Wrong drink sent (some giver concoction) Staff do not give a s and refuse to send a fresh pizza or refund order AVOID!

Rang up as my voucher code wasn't working. Gave me the discount no problems. delivered on time and the pizza was great.

Ordered from here for delivery. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. Pizza was undercooked on both pizzas. Dough was soft and undercooked on one. On the other one, ingredients were almost raw. We called the store to complain and they claimed that our delivery address was wrong. What does that have to do with being undercooked? We asked for our money back (we paid cash). The manager said the driver would come back and give us our money back. No one showed up. Disaster from start to finish. Avoid.

They live up to their claims of a better pizza from better ingrediants. Staff are helpful and friendly and the food is great.

A very tasty treat, great pizza and a very pleasant delivery man. The delivery was as ordered and prompt.
