Tossed - Hertsmere

Massively disappointed in both of our orders chicken was minimal in one wrap and I ordered extra halloumi in the other to find there was 2 SMALL chunks of under cooked (if at all) in the whole thing. Both wraps were soooo bland and overpriced just completely tasteless. It was our first and last time of ordering from there unfortunately. Wouldn’t recommend.

Stopped here for breakfast and decided to try something different and was certainly not disappointed by the offerings. I ordered the Mexican eggs which was cooked to order and was delicious. The great thing here is you can take off things you don’t like and add extras. Would definitely recommend.

I had never been to Tossed before, but we decided to stop in on our trip. The service was slow, the food seemed inexpensive, and overall, it wasn't worth the visit.

We ordered a salmon Caesar salad and a grilled chicken Caesar salad. We opted for the large size for an additional 80p. Both salads were filled with plenty of fresh and tasty ingredients.

The staff informed me that half of the self-service terminals have not been working for months, and that their IT company refuses to listen to them. I was unable to receive a receipt from a terminal that was supposed to be functioning. The employee had to verbally communicate my customized salad order to the person preparing it from the register, not realizing that I had paid extra for double of some items. I was frustrated that they would not accept my virtual Blue Light Card, despite providing ID. When I requested a refund, the employee was unable to get the machine to work. Unless you have a Masters in engineering, I would not recommend this place. Find somewhere that makes it simpler for you to order and pay.
