Contribuisci feedbackThe menu has good descriptions, but the dishes are average and lack in flavor. The outdoor seating area outside the mall has shabby tables and chairs. The location is nice though.
We were offered a 5% discount if we gave them 5 stars, so keep that in mind when you see all the 5 stars here. The food was average, but the service was very slow and the utensils were dirty. We were going to give 3 stars, but then the waitress mentioned the discount for a 5 star review. Not a good practice in our opinion. It's important to be cautious when looking at the numerous 5 star reviews with only 3 word comments.
A very disappointing meal. I ordered a portobello mushroom Caesar salad. What I got was a pile of mainly lettuce with a smattering of croutons and grated Parmesan. The grilled portobello mushroom was very small and quite frankly, irrelevant. The fresh bread that was promised with the meal turned out to be one slice of whole meal toast with no butter. I asked for a better standard of bread, and nothing came. We were told that this bread is served because it’s “healthy”… I have had many salads in Israel and have never been served cold toast before. We complained to the waiter several times , and we were given a dessert on the house. I don’t think we’ll be visiting again.
I shared a breakfast with my sister which was basically NOT fresh...and not tasty. A big disappointment. My other sister ordered a gluten free salmon sandwich. She is now throwing up everything in our hotel toilet. This restaurant is out to get a quick buck from unsuspecting visitors. There will always be new visitors so why should they care to give value for money? Fresh it's not....
It has been a while since I had this level of BAD service. Hertzelia Marina We were a family group of more than 10. The hostess, who was the only one to actually provide proper service, asked us to wait while she checked options and the table was prepared. 1) A few minutes after we were seated, waiters (if they can be called that) came by to close the big shade umbrellas on us... 2) We provided an order quite a big one. It included one Oreo style milkshake and one Crispy salad. After some time, a waitress came back and said they don 't have an Oreo milkshake, only Chocolate or Vanilla. We said we 'd check and came back after several minutes with a no on the milkshake. 3) Pizza was the most basic kind with a cardboard like bottom. We 've had better frozen pizzas. 4) After about 20 minutes all the order was out except for the Crispy salad. We asked a first waitress to check. She came back and said it was in process. After 15 more minutes we asked another waiter to check (2nd). They also said it was in process. Almost an hour from the order, the table was done eating. Salad was not there yet... We asked the shift manager to check (3rd) and explained it was way overdue. He sent someone else to check. 3 different people checked but alas no salad arrived more than an hour after order. The table had finished eating and lo and behold, a salad appeared. We rejected it saying we want to go as all were done and were verbally attacked as to why didn 't we say we don 't want the salad... 5) Once the bill finally arrived it include the milkshake we never got. 6) No compensation was offered to us. We did get an explanation about a technical issue and the fact that the salad was ordered but never reached the kitchen as if it was our fault or issue to deal with... I understand there is a shortage of staff but if you value in any way your customers, you take the relevant steps to deal with it. Otherwise and in contradiction to the owner replies, you are only interested in getting quick money and not providing a good experience. If you value your time and money, just stay away. Many better options around.
