Costa - Hessle

Stroppy manager after I requested a filter coffee. they said they had nothing left because they closed at 16 o'clock. it was 1.40 o'clock it happened a few times here, so the first time complained and the answer was it had to be. the manager asked for the name of the division leader who said she didn't believe me. I couldn't remember his name tbh. much better staff works here in 2022. more friendly abd polite.

I tried their new sandwich, and while it was delicious, the texture of macaroni and cheese on a sandwich just didn't work for me. The staff was pleasant, and the coffee was beautiful. I shared my thoughts with the staff in a kind and respectful manner!

I found a great selection of diners and cakes, along with delicious hot cappuccinos. The seating is comfortable and well-spaced, adhering to precautions against the virus. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Costa Coffee in Hesle Square.

The staff is friendly and professional, and the coffee is always excellent. They've started to remember my order, which is incredibly helpful since I'm usually a bit out of it before I've had my first cup!
