Pizza Hut - Hesston

Seems like this pizza hut is making a come back! Great fast and friendly service and loved the food.

Ordered on the phone got here around pick up time to find out that our order can’t be found. Waited 20min just for them to tell us someone just walked back in with our order and now we are waiting 20min for them to remake our 2 large pizzas and breadsticks. Not to mention the girl that took our order had terrible customer service and was rude. Not cool Pizza Hut.

Had a personal pan pizza. It was fresh and hot. Tasted very good.

Website says you can't deliver to my location so I called and asked about it 2.5 miles away! Then I'm told that I can't have a specific time frame for delivery? I travel back and forth to Wichita on deliveries for work. Here is a scenario; you tell me forty five minutes for delivery and your not here yet, should I just tell the boss he should wait because this wasn't handled more appropriately? Not even worth one star in my opinion!

I love this particular Pizza for the atmosphere, staff and food. It still has the interior design of the Pizza huts that were remodeled in the late 90s or early 2000s I can't remember the exact time frame but it has the clock that's been super fast for those who know they will know. This particular one has only had one staff member that I consistently see during the lunch hour but they are incredibly nice and the food is always prepared quickly and well done. The building is also very clean and the only complaint I have is that there's no buffet but that seems to be a running theme with a lot of restaurants anymore that used to do it. However I'm not going to hold that against them and I'll definitely be returning
