Stopped by for an acai bowl and green smoothie..so delicious!

Went Sunday and was 30 minutes from closing so I get that the young woman wanted to get out of there . But having worked retail for 20 years I know how to handle customer service . Telling me as I walk in that it's cash only and only regular açaí bowls and they're all out of bananas as if to scare me away so I leave . I ordered four bowls and presented the foodie card with my cash (that I ran three doors down to the atm to get and was informed they don't take the foodie card anymore . When of the lessons of retail is your employees are the face and representatives of the company. The young woman needs to be trained or have more staff on hand so she is not the only person working doing everything . Sorry. Not going back to this location

We went in at 7:20 on a Monday. We saw the chairs up and a woman mopping. So they were certainly in a rush to close. The woman taking our order looked very annoyed. I understand they were 40 mins away from closing but during the hours you are open you should still try to service your customers. We spent over $50 worth of smoothie bowls and all of them were disgusting. My family and I frequent another location VERY often and never have an issue. But this location lacked consistency in the blends, the fruits were not placed well on the bowls. WHILE she was making them my mom said why are the bowls only getting 2 blueberries. She replied, yea we don 't give a lot . If we are paying extra for fruit toppings (which we did) why are you serving 2 blueberries per bowl?! My bowl had a small banana end in it and it was not cut well. It just was not a good experience and the quality was not up to par.

This Tuesday morning abby and Katherine had the best customer service and hospitality and my taste buds were very much blessed ?‍?

I’m upset about this because I’ve been to so many SoBols and it genuinely hurts that the one that’s SO close to me is bad.I brought my best friend here about 2 months ago and hyped up açai bowls because she had never had one, we both got the regular bowl, and I haven’t hung out with her since because of how bad it was. I don’t think anyone understands how much she got let down.The atmosphere is cute but the açai has so much ice chunks in it, it was really bitter and crunchy?????i used to have açaí bowls twice a week and I haven’t had one since. I really believed in this place and I really hope it improves
