Awesome employees at night! They know me and my order. Always super cool. Parking: Parking lot up front sucks. Full of holes. 2 front spaces for Subway and 1 is curbside and the other is handicap. So you have to park in BFE. and its wide open out there so the wind pretty much annihilates your face. The salon next door usually has most front spaces utilized. Always ordered online to get promo deals being offered at the time. Order was placed at 12:45pm with pickup ASAP. Time provided was 1:05pm. I ordered 3 sandwiches, and they weren't busy at the time and still didn't even bother to start making them until pickup time! The service at the Heyworth IL subway by the young, bigger girl with different colored hair and glasses has HORRIBLE customer service!!

This is the only Subway I've visited that made me wish I had ordered two sandwiches. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

The staff here are always friendly and professional. The sandwiches are expertly crafted.
