Ceviches Miami - Hialeah

I went for the first time with high expectations and was very disappointed. The food and drinks were overpriced. The lady didn’t know how to make drinks then they charge has if it was a real bartender making the drinks. The food wasn’t good at all. The ceviche was warm and the fried fish was mushy and flavorless. I paid $140.00 and for what? Bad experience. The only thing good was the service. Parking sucks.

I loved it! The food, the service was amazing. I highly recommend this place to eat your favorite dishes from Ecuador. I will come back to this restaurant. Definitely!!!!

However, I must express my disappointment in the recent changes I have observed.Unfortunately, the shrimp ceviche I ordered was of subpar quality. The shrimp did not taste fresh, and the fish had an unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, I even found a hair in my ceviche. I understand that these issues may not be the owner's fault, but I implore you to consider inspecting your employees and ensuring the freshness of your food.My order also came incomplete.I genuinely enjoyed your ceviches in the past and would love to continue supporting your establishment. I hope you take my comments into consideration and take the necessary steps to make improvements. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
