Chicken Kitchen - Hialeah

I've been visiting this restaurant for years and have consistently received great service. However, my experience yesterday with Yanko was exceptional! He provided us with the best service we've ever had here, and I wanted to give him a shout-out. Thank you for always delivering fast and excellent service!

Got the Asian wrapito and the Teriyaki Chop-chop. Teriyako chop-chop was tasteless and Asian wrapito was mediocre at best. The worse part about this place was that when my mother called me to ask if I wanted tomatoes the person started putting in tomatoes anyways without a Yes/No answer and after that they tried to charge my mom extra for the tomatoes. First and last time I get food from here.

The big guy who I'm guessing is a manager, is an a-hole. He's rude, he was yelling, and had a major attitude, charges extra for every little thing. I'm sure this place will be shut down soon they way their nickel and diming.

The chicken was good, and the girl who made my wrap was friendly. Overall, the place had a nice vibe, though the lively teenage crowd that cursed frequently wasn’t really my scene. I’m not sure if it was an unusually rowdy night, but I would definitely come back for dinner.

We have been visiting this chicken kitchen for several years, almost every Friday night. The food is consistently fresh, quick, and delicious; however, the true highlight is the staff. From the administrative team to the chefs in the kitchen, these individuals are truly remarkable. They greet us with genuine smiles, and it's evident that they take great pride in serving the community. Thanks to these amazing people, this has become my autistic son's favorite place. He feels like a part of the family every time we visit. Our Friday evenings at Chicken Kitchen have turned into the highlight of our week, thanks to their tasty meals and wonderful staff. I highly recommend this place!
