Chili's Grill - Hialeah

Had preferred to sit online 2 hours ago when I did not appear in the restaurant the reservation when we did it, and we again with the host she has, there will be 5-15 minutes, we waited about 40 minutes and no one called us, we see people coming and get table on the place when we ask they said that the system had crashed so that everyone had just left the check for the system if they were going in front of us manager didn't handle the situation well, I was a customer for 21 years at this place. I'm not going back.

Was a little unsatisfied today with the way my carne aside was cooked , but Jamal the manager made up for it and even gave my daughters free dessert!!! Will still be coming here after that nice gesture

I give a 3 stars reason why place was empty took our waiter a bit to get our order when he did he brought one appetizer he forgot the chip and salsa we had to tell another waitress that we were missing an appetizer she brought it to us. Food was on point just the service was lacking on our server's part

Cajun shrimp pasta with no shrimp, so i payed for pasta, tomato's cheese? also when you go through the to-go side there's nothing but kids playing in the kitchen not working.

Had a great business lunch with potential client. Excellent service and delicious food.
