Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hialeah

I give this place 1 star because I can't give it zero. It's absolutely disgusting—why is it even open? There needs to be an inspection to address the issues. There are no forks, there are insufficient items, and the kitchen is filthy with greasy floors.

I really dislike writing negative reviews, but I'm fed up with this Chipotle. Every time I visit, they seem to be missing something. The place is chaotic and not very clean. The staff is young and doesn't seem to be organized. Considering how busy this location is, you would think they would plan better and not run out of items. I recommend going to a different Chipotle unless you're willing to wait in a long line, only to find out they don’t have what you want.

I picked up my order, but the guacamole on the side looked old. Additionally, there were no lids for the large soda cups, and the staff didn’t offer any alternatives. A few hours later, my friend went with their family and found the same issues: old guacamole, no lids, and no ice. Last week, my son also noticed there was no ice available. While the food tasted good, I’m not sure if I’ll return.

Need to do better with deliveries. I ordered a kids meal with tacos, beans, meat, and corn and this is what I got... just beans. My chips and guacamole did not come at all. And the burrito didn't have the protein (chicken) or the veggies. How they managedto mess up everything in the order is beyond me.

So i ordered food coming off of work at 12:30 pm. when i got there this man hands me my food in the most disgusting bag drenched with sauce or whatever it was at the bottom. when i went to my car it kept dripping so i went back in and the lack of customerservice was disgusting. cant do the minimal of packing food right. as a person who works mornings i am exhausted and thiscompletely ruined my day. cant even enjoy fast food anymore. but atleast the manager helped me with redoing my order. and when igot my order again it was still all sloppy. but i guess thank you
