Domino's Pizza - Hialeah

I'm very disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered two thin-crust pizzas, which usually come with oregano by default, but the manager informed me that she only adds it if you specifically request it. It seems she disregards Domino's standard policy. After placing my order, she called me back twice to confirm my address, but when I checked the app, it indicated that my order was complete. When I called for an update, they claimed the driver had been there for 10 minutes and tried to call me. However, I received no calls whatsoever, and I was waiting outside the store the entire time. The driver never showed up.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. It is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. They really need to improve their customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The pizzas are quite good. The chicken Alfredo could use a bit more sauce, but it's still decent.

Horrible treatment, Today I order a pizza in 5874 W 20 ave Hialeah , I waited for my pizza 49 minutes but the delivery guy never came. I called back and answer machine stated that my pizza was already delivered. I go to the pizza shop and the assistantmanager David treated me horrible, told me that he can't help me that I need to go to another pizzeria, I had to ask him tocheck in the system because he didn't try to help me. He kept saying there is nothing I can , go to another pizzeria, he wasrude to me and didn't want to help , I went with my 2 year old in my arms and he didn't care. I already paid 18 dollars forthe pizza and didn't receive it. I will not order pizza from Domino's again , I don't deserve to be treated this way.

Well I like my pizza well done and it was Raw so I guess even if you bake pizza And I specify well done is well done to be done !! The excuse : was we are Swamp aha so I?m hungry and cranky and treat you all we respect. Please don?t lose your quality overquantity. BIG MISTAKE
