Domino's Pizza - Hialeah

Hav since 18:39 pm it is currently 10:07 and I have suspended 16 times!

The ABSOLUTE worse. We order a Pizza on 5/7/22 at 9:29pm EST. This Dominoes is literally 5 minutes away, so my email confirmation said the pizza should take about 15 minutes to arrive... fast forward an HOUR later, I call the store, on hold for 30 minutes, no one answers so I have to drive there to see what's going on with my order. Turns out, my ENTIRE order is just on the shelf, sitting there cold... just ... there. They forgot to deliver my order. Wow. AVOID this place like a plague.

To much dough not enough sauce and meat. I ordered 3 meats pep, bac, and ham just really nasty

Bad service, the manager, Mirna was not helpful at all when I called to say that I had not received my order. When I told her the driver had not knocked on my door for contactless delivery her response was to repeatedly respond with yes he did , as if arguing with a child. She said there was nothing she could do . She lacks all customer service skills and I will definitely not be ordering from this store again. I 'd give her negative stars if I could.

To be honest, this is most likely the first review that I leave on google. After having ordered over and hour the app notifies the order was delivered. I never received any pizza. I called the store on hold for 20 mins and no one picked up. I drove to the store to be received by a terrible employee. Supposedly the delivery guy left 10 minutes before I arrived to the store. Funny thing is, I saw him leave when I was arriving to the store. I asked if they even had phones in the store being 20 mins on hold previously… They did not care. Their answer was simple… We dont pick up the phones here.I do not recommend going here. When it was good it was great. Now that the quality has gone down, its terrible…
